"telephone service terrible keeps cutting you off"

About: East Surrey Hospital

recently visited A and E with father. fantastic services in a & e ... everybody spot on. however the last 2 months trying to get through on the main reception number for several different departments is appalling ! you listen to all the recorded message and then get cut off.. this is continuous.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
