"Good Practice"

I was able to get an appointment quickly to access an injury to my left hand. The Doctor listened and gave an assessment of what was causing the pain. He gave me two choices for immediate recourse which I decided to take the wearing of a overnight splint and then referred me to a specialist for further investigation. Whilst I was with the Doctor he took time to take my blood pressure and organise as well man blood tests which the results were back within 3 days giving the all clear for cholesterol, diabetes and prostate cancer. I was quite surprised that the referral only took 6 weeks to come through. The initial assessment looks to have been the correct diagnosis and am now awaiting for further tests. I haven't used the practice many times over the last few years but on every occasion I have been suitable impressed considering listening to others from their experiences with their practices.
