"Service"

I have been to the Nuclear Physics department today for a scan on my heart. On arrival i was greeted by a very friendly and polite receptionist who booked me in and asked me to take a seat . I was only waiting a matter of minutes before i was called through by a very nice nurse along with her colleague. They took me to a room where they explained everything that was going to happen in great detail . They made me feel at ease and took the time to talk and explain what they were doing all the time.

When this part of the test was complete they showed me to the waiting area and told me to go and get something to eat and return in half an hour . On my return i was shown to a special waiting area and within in a few minutes i was taken to the scan room by a very polite good man who carried out the scan and again was very polite and friendly.

I cannot fault the service and feel the staff deserve more praise and less criticism , they all work very hard with limited resources .
