"Rude unprofessional staff sitting at reception"

this surgery has gone downhill since I joined over 10 years ago, the staff are so rude and unprofessional to patients no dignity for patient privacy, discussing patient health problems so loud to the gp over the phone with patients all listening asking you personal questions in a loud rude tone of voice making you feel embarrassed this surgery needs to be reviewed by the nhs it’s impossible to get an appointment over the phone never answered. The patient maybe already distressed due to a health issue and to be treated like this is appalling
