Visited this morning with eye and associated face problem Nurse said not qualified to diagnose eye problems but could be shingles. Then advised to go to Walgrave Eye Clinic which was open until 1200 Trouble that it wasn’t as closed being a Sunday so we had a long wait in A&E Surely it would not be too much trouble to check before giving information so we could make up our own mind whether to go to Coventry Warwick or wherever
