Since they changed to this new system that is absolutely useless, its awkward to get a repeat prescription, when you eventually do its not clear that its been received or is on order, i cant even log into the surgery as it keeps coming up with ERROR page not recognised, great flaming help that is, so now i will have to order it over the phone and thats a task in itself as the phones are such a long wait, then you don't even get satisfaction as the people on the other end of the phone treat you like an inconvenience to their day, i will certainly be looking to change surgery, well lets face it, you never get to see your Dr do you its always who ever is available and then you have to go through everything with them when they have your history on file for crying out loud. lets see if you post this or hide it ???????????

So sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulty with on-line prescriptions. We process several hundred on-line requests per week and generally there are no issues.
