I wish to express my thanks and appreciation to technician Shirley, who gave up her lunch-break to provide me with an emergency appointment, when my CPAP machine failed. This enabled me to sleep at night immediately, thereby avoiding a further delay of a couple of weeks. Please pass on my thanks.

Dear Dozey

Thank you for your comments which has been shared with Shirley and the team in the Sleep Disorder Centre. Our staff, when they can, will go that extra mile to accomodate and help a patient. This is clearly evident from Shirley's kind actions.
