(as the patient),

A final thank you to Dr Panigrahy for her recent letter confirming that the endometrial biopsy results showed no cause for concern.

My worries are over and I am most grateful.

That must be some relief and I am very pleased to hear it. Thank you again for your kind post, I will ensure this is passed on to Panigrahy. I am sure it will make her day. It is probably the best Christmas present you can have. Here is a wee bit of Christmas cheer, I take it the third of December isn't too early now to say the 'C' word (Christmas of course).
