"Eye care at Bolton royal hospital"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Ophthalmology

I attended Bolton royal A@E on the 22nd November 2018 because I had pains in my left eye and the pupil had become oval instead of round. I was examined in A@E then referred to a specialist in the eye clinic the next morning at 9am. I was very grateful for this appointment because I had had a cataract operation previously which was not straightforward. He examined both my eyes thoroughly and said I had AntenienVveitis (post operative) he prescribed topical steroid eye drops for a three week period with clear instructions of how to administer them. Excellent service in every respect.
