About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

I cannot begin to thank everyone enough for the care i recivied. I was admitted by Ambulance very early on Monday morning.Everyone who looked after me treated me with kindness and care . I can not praise the hospital enough and the amazing staff , you all go above and beyond to look after your patients.When you are admitted and need an emergency operation it can be scarey , but the care you are given puts you at ease .Thank you so much, i really hope the staff hear good feedback when its given . St Mawes Ward and Theater direct and Surgical team outstanding equally A andE what a wonderful team of people

Thank you for your feedback regarding the care and treatment you received from the Emergency Department and the surgical wards and team.

Being admitted to hospital can be a very frightening experience at the best of times, but when it is an emergency admission, the fear and anxiety increases tenfold. I am glad your experience was a positive one from beginning to end and that we were able to help ease some of your anxiety. This is what our expectations are for all of our patients and what we aspire to achieve.
