I would like to leave a 100% positive review please. I contacted Ophthalmology to re-arrange an eye appointment for our son. He is profoundly deaf and partial sighted. He lives in Derby and is under the care of Lister. He couldn't make his appointment and the receptionist in Ophthalmology appointments pulled out all the stops to re arrange an appointment for him on his next visit to family here in Hertfordshire. The receptionist kept in contact with me as she re arranged this. She also arranged for a signer to be present. Please convey my gratitude and appreciation to her. She really showed that her hard work and dedication really did make a difference and that I am very grateful. Thank you.
