"I feel let down!"

I waited ages to get seen but that’s usual as it’s the nhs. First the nurse got my name wrong then I didn’t see the doctor I was suppose to. He said they hadn’t seen me for ages but I seen them in September because surprise, they had lost parts of my notes, this is the fourth time they’ve done this. I was meant to have a scan on my bladder, I filled out all the papers but he didn’t do it. He spoke to me for 5 minutes & said he’s sending me to Bristol because they basically aren’t interested. I don’t drive, so I’ve no idea how I’m getting there. All I get is fobbed off.
