"Delivery Suite and Aspen Ward"

My daughter had a baby on 8th November at DVH. Although we were only on delivery suite around 4 hours the service was good. The midwife and student MW were knowledgeable friendly and kind. They gave good poditive encouragement to my daughter all the way through but especially at the delivery of my very handsome grandson.

On Aspen ward the care was good and thorough. The hearing screener and baby check was done in a good timely manner. I would like to especially thank the Midwifery Support Worker for her very diligent and compassionate help with breastfeeding support, she is a credit to your unit. A big thank you to all staff who helped and supported us through this momentous and joyous event.
