I have been receiving treatment at the hospital for a year and have visited regularly and have had treatment in the day care unit.
For the first 6 months the appointment system worked very well, however over the last 6 months it's become a little hit and miss with receiving letters for appointments - not only meaning missed appointments but also wasting time and money for the staff/hospital. Has something changed in the arranging of appointments over the last 6 months ?
However, that aside, this hospital has been fantastic and I am impressed with the treatment from the Neroligist, MS nurses and the day care unit alike.
I've received follow up phone calls/calls for arrangement of treatments and been referred to other clinics in a timely manner.
I also trust the staff and the information given, feel included in desisions made and feel respected and valued by all.
I'd also like to say that the guy who does the driving from the hotels to the hospital each day really went out of his way to be kind and caring.
He's an asset to the team.
