"Crisis Team - home visit upon discharge from..."

About: Mill View Hospital

i suffered from severe depression and suicidal thoughts when i got sectioned at Mill View, Regency Ward on 31/08/18. My time at the hospital helped me so much to see a light at the end of the tunnel and discover my purpose of who i am and why i needed to be here. I couldn't complain about any of the staff on the ward. I will be, forever, in all of their debts for helping me get back on my feet. A special thank you would have to go to tho particular ward nurses, i was really able to click with them and i trusted them to guide me through and they were there to listen to me whenever i needed a chat. I'm not saying no one else didn't because they did, but these two were my standouts.

Upon my release/discharge from hospital on 1/10/18, i was then handed over to the Crisis Team. Again, i cannot fault anything they did. They all made me feel like a normal human. i was having outbursts of crying and wondering why i was still here, but they stuck with me and reassured me everything i was feeling was normal and in a way, is positive as it shows a good sign of m recovery. As the Regency Ward staff, i owe the Crisis Team a massive thank you and i'm forever in your debts also. To have people who are willing to help other people get through some of the toughest times you could never imagine, to me is remarkable and they will be help in the highest regard for the rest of my days! Especially for how short numbered they are and lack of funding and i would imagine pay also. This is very hard to pick a few names out because they all helped me when i was most vulnerable upon discharge. So i will just say the whole Crisis Team at Mill View are my standouts.

Thank you so much to all of you that crossed paths with me, you're all my saviors in my darkest days.

Hello

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending us this heart felt message. I know from my daily conversations with both Regency and Crisis team that they will always do everything in their power to ensure that everyone receives world class support and that certainly sounds the case from your post.

Take care and always know if you need to come in for a coffee or a chat either myself, The Crisis Team or Regency ward will always have time to listen.

Best wishes
