"My MHF left and now I see no one"

About: Let's Talk Well Being Leicestershire and Rutland

(as a service user),

I feel very let down and unsupported by Let’s Talk Wellbeing.

I used to see a MHF regularly until this summer and she left. I wasn’t told about this and now I see no one. I have rang the service and left a message. I have had no response.

I am left feeling vulnerable as someone with a SMI.

LTW is not what it says on the tin.

Dear Judr

Thank you for taking the time to post some feedback regarding our MHF service.

I am very sorry to note that you have felt let down and unsupported since the departure of your allocated MHF. I am also sorry to note that you feel that we have not adequately communicated with you regarding your subsequent treatment and care within our MHF service.

As you have noted, unfortunately our MHF service has recently experienced some unexpected and sudden changes to our staffing levels. However due a recent recruitment activity, it expected that this will be rectified going forward.

If you would like to get in touch with me directly, I would happy to discuss the situation with you in more detail in order identify a suitable way forward.

In the meantime, I'd like to take this opporunity again to express my sincere apologies and I hope to hear from you in the near future.
