(Wisdom tooth removal) I'm not the easiest patient to deal with I have to admit - I have a huge phobia of surgical procedures and usually find the whole experience very stressful and overwhelming. All members of staff were so amazingly supportive, from arrival to departure - they made the whole process so much easier for me to get through. Everyone was in good spirits, worked really well together and helped to keep me calm, feel safe and put a smile on my face. I really hope that next time I'm lucky enough to have the same team of brilliant people. Thank you so much, you really did go above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable and happy as possible and I can't thank you enough!

I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to you and to thank you for sharing feedback from your recent surgical experience. It really is wonderful to read that despite your phobia, along with the understandable stress and feelings related to that, that you were able to feel calm, safe and comfortable at such an uncomfortable time.

I do hope that by sharing your experience of your wisdom tooth removal, it will reassure other patients requiring this procedure that they will be well looked after by friendly and supportive staff.

I am responding to you from the Patient and Family Experience team, but I will ensure your kind words, praise and gratitude is passed onto the relevant teams that provided this service, as I am sure they would gratefully welcome such feedback.
