"Let down"

About: North Manchester General Hospital / Clinical haematology

Having waited for a follow up apt after having test done that I informed I’d already had done was referred back by my gp as I didn’t receive follow up , asked for a copy of any gp letters which I received , all I can say is what a cock up and inaccurate account of my past medical history due to the incompetence of updating test sent for and made to feel like I’m wasting hospital time for being compliant and trusting consultants the letter. To my gp was suppose to have been read by the consultant after accessing my notes well !

Full of errors illness I haven’t had more alarming dates of illnesses totally inaccurate , I have never self diagnosed I have never referred or ask to be reffed I just follow instructions made to feel like I’m makimg illnesses up when I’ve actually been diagnosed SLE several times how can consultants have such a different view ? let down by the system and feel such a way that if I was ill in future as I have been I would rather sit and die than go back , about time patients had their day and I will be putting a complaint in after seeing my GP
