The staff and Doctors here made me feel welcomed and listened to. The doctors respected my opinions on my health and concerns which validated my thoughts and feelings. I was always offered the opportunity to say what I thought was wrong with me and we took it from there. I felt reassured and my worries were taken seriously. They were decisive when needed and pointed out their experienced and correct observations. It is a great surgery with a wealth of experience. I never ever felt rushed and more often than not my worries turned into calm, reassured thoughts. They instilled confidence in me
