Excellent service, once we had realised what sentinel was - it has the same name as a card security firm!
p.s the envelope will not stick!

GP's are required to hand out Sentinel patient information leaflets to all patients being referred. However we appreciate some do not do this, we are sorry that you did not know who Sentinel was.
