"Ongoing croup and virus in my children"

I have attended Parklands Surgery several times over the last 2weeks with my year ingest and now my middle son who both suffer from croup. Both were treated by the doctor who is amazing. He puts the boys at ease and myself as a mum which isn't always easy and deals with the symptoms head on. He is always thorough and nothing is too much trouble. He will always give a time frame if things don't improve come back and what will happen next which is equally reassuring as this time round I found myself back there. He even managed to squeeze Jack in for us and treat him for croup saving us undoubtedly a night visit to the hospital for medicine. I cannot fault the care and empathy he has for my children which as a mother is so important and key. He takes on board that you know them best and considers this in his manner towards them and the treatment he prescribes. I cannot thank him enough for making the last 2 weeks somewhat less challenging.
