The health care professionals were excellent, very attentive and treated me with respect: I was only there from start to finish for three hours. They involved me In decisions and didn’t rush to conclusions, very patient! Happy with my treatment and care.
However, the reception staff were not welcoming, I felt very upset owing to the reason I was there and the lady who first greeted me practically shouted! I also observed her be rude to several other patients, never with a justifiable reason for her behaviour. Considering they are working with people that are unwell and therefore vulnerable they could show a bit more compassion and patience! They could do with customer service training!
The security staff were great!
