"rude"

I have had to deal with this hospital several times and I am shocked at how rude they are on the phone. The woman who deals with private patients is particularly snappy and aggressive to polite enquiries. I personally wouldn't recommend this hospital due to this happening to me three times now.

My relative also had to go there for an eye op and was not very enthusiastic about the consultant.
