I have been with this practice for over 30 years and I am very satisfied with all aspects of it. The staff are friendly and very efficient and the doctors genuinely care for their patients, always giving excellent care.
The appointment system has its flaws but on the whole provided you can get through on the phone, you can usually get an appointment the same day. Hearing friends and work colleagues experiences with their own practices you realise hiw excellent this is.
Having had to deal with my mums gp practice recently, after the death of my dad, seeing the uncaring, incompetent way the practice is run makes me appreciate even more how amazing the practice is!
