My father had a very large mole removed on his face and was told there is still cancer inside and will need another operation to try and remove what was left behind.
He couldn't make an appointment at the time as he was told there wasn't any staff to book the appointment. He has been trying now for 4 days and is still being told there isn't any staff to book the appointment! Today there isn't anybody even answering the phone.
As a Customer Services Manager, I cannot understand how this is deemed acceptable.
It just adds extra stress on an already stressful situation and you begin to lose faith.
We are still waiting......
"CANNOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT THE DERMATOLOGY..."
