"Children's outpatient appt ( ENT)"

I had an excellent experience today, my first time in paediatric outpatient clinic. The reception & clinic staff where professional and friendly, offering information without me having to ask. The facility had everything I needed for my toddler son, toys and a nearby toilet!

I didn't have to wait to be seen, appts were running to time.

The person we saw was clearly knowledgeable in his field, gave me time to ask my many questions & encouraged my son to play with the toys provided inbetween examinations.
