When attending for skin samples to be taken for analysis,  I really appreciated the care taken of me by David and Doreen.  The procedure and its implications were explained and carefully described,  and they were quite honest that in parts it would be really painful.  However the work was carried out swiftly and I was attended to all the time.

Later I phoned the department with a query about my care of the sites,  and this was answered readily and effectively by Kirsty.

I find it is better to be honest than have people experience unpleasant shocks, especially when it is likely I will be found out!
