My husband sadly took a diabetic hypoglycaemia episode the other evening where I had to call the emergency services. What I would like to say is firstly the advisor I spoke to kept me calm and well informed which was at the time  a very frightening experience. The ambulance service  were quick to respond, the care and attention received to not only  to  my husband but also  myself was a credit to both Mark and Stuart, not only as NHS employees but as lovely people.     I also work for the NHS and am very aware of the pressures and stress that  staff can be under. We are both so very grateful.
