What I liked
Being treat with respect and dignaty by all the staff on F1 South who work very hard and were ever so friendly and kept you informed all the way.
What could be improved
The Admissions waiting area, is not very big especially with patients coming with relatives and especially when you see people arrive after you and get took in before.. Once you were called through to the admissions lounge everything became fine whilst wailting going to have your proceedure.
