"St Mawes Lounge & Ward"

I was admitted to the St Mawes Ward in Treliske in Nov 2018, all the staff were absolutely fantastic! !   They could not have done more for me to make my visit any better.   I then had to come back to St Mawes Lounge the next day and again, from the minute I arrived the staff could not do more to welcome me, make conversation, keep me up to date, and most importantly give me the tests and treatment with total politeness, respect, not rushing things and getting me the treatment I needed as quick as they could.   Jon was especially superb, not just in dealing with me, but his interactions with the other staff, trainee nurses and colleagues, making the department run as smooth as possible, no doubt for the patients ultimate benefit.   The experience could not have been better.
