"Great Surgery"

The surgery get far too much negativey which they do not deserve. Yes it’s hard to get through sometimes and hard to get a non-emergency appointment but people expect far too much. We are not overrun with doctors in this country and they can only work so many hours a day and fit so many people in plus deal with emergencies. We are very fortunate to have so many skilled doctors.

I have also witnessed the grief that practice staff get from patients being so disrespectful to them. I couldn’t do their job.

I always have a great experience with the surgery. Hopefully because I can appreciate their situation and I talk to them with respect. Last minute Friday, I felt a chest infection coming on and popped in the surgery and asked if I could possibly see someone. 10 minutes later I had a call from the Doctor and they asked me to come in 30 mins later. Saw the doctor and I was given a prescription for my chest.
