"Not great"

About: Figges Marsh Surgery

My entire family have been with this surgery since it has opened.

I feel when I go and take a seat with the doctor I do not feel comfortable and feel like I’m easily shrugged off.

My situation is not taken as seriously as I would like it to be. This has resulted in me restricting myself to visit the surgery as I feel it would be a waste of time.

I understand all doctors are the same but I have had appointments with a few and were not the best experience.

I have been to the doctor with my relative who is of an elderly age, her complaining about chest pain had not been taken action of even though she had mention this several times.

When I go to the GP sometimes I feel like I walk away with nothing resolved and no action been taken.

One doctor however in particular was extremely helpful. Although the condition was not serious I had left with a treatment plan and explained what my condition is. I was printed a sheet of information explaining further.

Overall: the staff are friendly but the is a lack of attention and care however this is very dependent on the doctor you may see.

I am very sorry to hear about your experiences at Figges Marsh surgery.

We try our best to treat our patients with the highest level of care handling every consultation with due consideration.

At times on busy days, clinical consultations may appear rushed making patients feel as though their ailments have not been given due attention.

I can assure you that our doctors ensure appropriate action is taken after every consultation in the hope to resolve our patients needs quickly and effectively.

Could I please request that you continue to use our services without restriction in the knowledge that your care is of the upmost priority to us.

However, if you feel as though my reply has not resolved your concerns, could I please ask you to make an appointment with myself (the assistant practice manager) at your earliest convenience, where further details will be taken to help improve our service and where your concerns will be addressed in more detail.
