"Cannot fault this service"

I attended the UTC as required advice over a weekend. I telephoned first and the gentleman on the phone could not have been more helpful. I attended, and again the reception staff were very polite. I had an initial assessment, which I assume is to clarify if care is required, as this is such a busy service. I was seen within an hour, and the Practitioner I saw was extremely helpful, kind and professional. She listened to my symptoms, treated me appropriately and I was on my way, feeling listened to, reassured and treated appropriately.

I am surprised at some of the feedback here, as it is far far away from my experience.
