Self referred over the phone as directed by GP during telephone consultation. Went through process of 'all' the questions, and informed I would receive an appointment in the mail. I dreaded to think how long this might take and was quite surprised to receive an appointment quite quickly. Appointment with therapist was reassuring, informative, and I was given written instructions for the exercises to take away. I would have no hesitation in recommending system and in particular professional therapist to anyone! !
