About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a parent/guardian),

Staff in the Endoscopy unit was excellent whilst my Daughter was in their care on Saturday. Shona admitted her and made her feel at ease as she was very nervous. She had 2 nurses loooking after her whistle having her procedure Jessica reassured her and spoke to her and held her hand. Also whilst in recovery Danielle showed great empathy towards her and whilst in her care gave excellent care. I truly am great full to all the team in that day.
