"Triage system"

Having felt unwell with a persistent cough for several weeks I suddenly developed a painful rash on my neck. Feeling anxious I telephoned the surgery to ask for an appointment. The receptionist was courteous, attentive and helpful. She explained the triage system used in the Practice. (I am a relatively new patient ).. Within the 2 hour period described I received a telephone call from the duty doctor who arranged an appointment.

The consultation was thorough and reassuring. The doctor had a pleasant, professional manner and listened to me attentively. A prescription was given with advice to return if there is no improvement. I would rate this Practice very highly.
