"Visit to ENT"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I was referred to a Professor at the end of September got an appointment for 20th Nov waited 50 minutes over my appointment even though I saw a constant flow of visitors to his room I was in and out within 10 minutes given that this appointment has caused me weeks of anxiety plus didn't have a good night's sleep last night thinking about you can imagine I was very disappointment when the only thing to help my constant tinnitus (which has been ringing in my head for over a year) is an hearing aid but due to past experience I don't want one so now months on and I'm back to square one.

The worst thing is he didn't even ask how I was feeling.
