"Horrible Experience - Pathology Department"

I was turned away for my blood test as they said the queue was too long. I stood there in the middle of the waiting room in tears as I tried to explain why my doctor had specified that I had to have the blood test that day. It was an utterly upsetting and humiliating experience as I tried to plead with the staff but they could not have cared less. Didn't want to listen and completely lacking in compassion. I have now had to book to have it done privately although unfortunately it will be a little too late as today was the optimum day.
