About: Northern General Hospital / Pain Management

My wife waited 4 months for an appointment to then be told that because she had not been seen by another service first (which they never received the referal for) that she would have to make another appointment which is now in another 6 months time.

How is this fair???

Why has this oversight not triggered a priority appointment???

People in chronic pain are already on the edge.

Treatment like this could make some people crack.

Sort yourselves out.

Appalling!!!
