"Unable to process repeat prescriptions"

Attempting to gain repeat prescriptions requires multiple calls and appointments.

Hosptital and clinic visits are all recorded however the findings and reports are reported NOT to be available at the surgery,

So require the patient to report back which is another area for missinterpretation and errors or false information.

If this is an age of technology and there are systems in place which should allow surgeries and medical staff to access and check notes, warfarin levels and the like - but dont bother or do not work.

I will not be bothering with the clinics or requests for repeat prescription and will simply go without in future.
