I was referred to the Student Health Centre as appointments were backed up for the Ropewalks Surgery & got a an appointment within the week.

It was hard to find the Student Health Centre, as it was in a temporary portacabin, hidden from the walkway & situated on the left, as opposed to the right on google maps.

I was told I could only make appointments online if photographic ID was brought - this is not made clear on the website.

However I was seen on time & given good advice by the nurse, who sought a second opinion which provided more reassurance.

It was a positive experience overall.

We're glad to hear it was a positive experience overall, but sorry that some of the practicalities didn't work so well for you.

We have just had a look at Google maps and it appears to be correct (on the right as you walk towards the Victoria building and away from Abercromby Square), but we do agree that it's still a little hard to find in it's temporary location.

Thank you for the feedback about making the online services clearer.

We have now added a line about bringing photographic ID.
