"Provides a very helpful urgent cate service"

I attended the Urgent Care Centre around 6pm with extreme pain relating to a sinus infection that my GP had earlier dismissed, But which which I could not cope with at home.

I was triaged promptly, put at ease, offered pain relief while I waited and reassured that it was right to come in.

I did wait around 1.5 hours due to lots of small children and babies in front of me however the doctor I eventually saw was thorough, sympathetic and expressed concern that I was in so much pain. He organised a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers swiftly and I went home, finally able to sleep.
