(as a service user),

My neighbour 81yrs of age has Congestive cardiac failure. Her breathing is laboured and she was very distressed. The doctor prescribed Ventolin Amps for her She had no mask. I phoned everywhere to try and get her one happy to pay for one No one could provide one for her. I phoned Breathing Space in Rotherham and those amazing Nurese took pity on me( I was quite stressed at this time 4hrs) They gave me one for the old lady. Amazing caring thoughtful Nurses of Breathing Space thank you. The old lady can now stay at home with her little dog, she is much better now and that is all due to you nurses

Firstly, may I take this opportunity to thank you for your positive feedback. However, with regard to the provision of the mask I would like to know a little more information in order that you and your neighbour does not experience such difficulties in the future.
