"Appointment system a shamble"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Ophthalmology

Moorfields clinic appointment system is a complete shamble and there is nothing to add. How can a department give an appointment when they knew perfectly well that the clinic was closed for the day? you are an absolute disgrace Moorfields.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced problems while trying to make an appointment at our eye clinic.
The service is run by Moorfields who have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and can be contacted by emailing: Pals@moorfields.nhs.net
