"Rowan House"

Just had a BCC removed at Rowan House, the staff were all friendly

I was first on in the morning, this is my 4th BCC, so knew what to expect, the procedure went well and was over with quickly, did think of a few questions I would have liked to have asked after I got home, be good to have a chance to have my concerns about future BCC answered before I get discharged not sure how I do this. The whole experience was good and less stressful than having to go into main department at Derriford.
