What I liked
My daughter-in-law Always had to wait at least 1/2 hour and up to 2 hours after appointments times, the midwifes were sat in their office while she was waiting. Speaking to other people this was the same for them. Didn't always get appointments sent through so I had to chase them to get appointments that were due.
