"Flutter"

About: Borders General Hospital / Physiotherapy Borders General Hospital / Respiratory Medicine

(as the patient),

I have suffered from Sarcoidosis and Bronchiectiasis for a number of years.  I have had recurring chest infections and constantly coughing and bringing up phlegm. I was referred to respiratory physiotherapy as was struggling to breath and catch breath.  I was prescribed a flutter.

This has helped greatly and haven't looked back.  The breathing is better and the cough is reduced.  It will probably never go away but there has been a huge improvement.
