Main reception staff, consultants and nursing staff have been unfailingly polite, pleasant and helpful on all visits. I hope our MP and now Health Secretary will help this hospital update its software so it doesn't have to spend resources on posting out appointment cards rather than communicating by email where applicable and appropriate.
