What I liked

The booking in and locating my documents was efficient and quick. Seating area was clean and tidy with many seats available. Time waiting was short and an efficient service was provided with a feeling that the staff did care about you, and you were the person they were attending to is a very professional and kind manner.

This visit went like clockwork and my daughter was really impressed with the shop and it facilities.

What could be improved

Continue to manage your procedures and staging to get personnel through the system in the shortest time without feeling rushed or pushed through the system.
