What I liked

Can't really think of anything that was even acceptable let alone liked.

What could be improved

The unit was a long walk to and from the pickup point. Too far for post-operative patients.

Staff ignored me when I said they were hurting me. I was in pain for two days for a procedure that should have been painless.

The furniture and facilities were unsuitable for disabled people.

The chairs were unsuitable for post-operative patients.

I was unneccessarily naked for most of the time.

No information was properly given or understood.

No help dressing despite written advice to have help.

Staff seemed unhelpful and disinterested, possibly because of work-load.

Anything else?

I would recomend friends to avoid the angio unit at King Georges or at least to insist on having an advocate or helper at all times to protect their interests.
